Bit of back story. I have tried chiropractor then progressed to ortho docs for years. Had injections, hip replacement and the talk of further back surgery. Fought through the pain to work out to strengthen muscles knowing that surgery would weaken me further, so I wanted to be in my best shape for it. Oddly enough my back pain was a little less with the Tonal workouts, but would quickly come back. I received a gift certificate from my daughter and Man oh man I am going on day two of incredible relief. My muscles had formed to protect my new hip replacement, and slipped disc. They cramped in place and any movement, even just getting out of bed hurt. I have not had this much relief in YEARS. Thank you Lara. I am a believer!

Bit of back story. I have tried chiropractor then progressed to ortho docs for years. Had injections, hip replacement and the talk of further back surgery. Fought through the pain to work out to strengthen muscles knowing that surgery would weaken me further, so I wanted to be in my best shape for it. Oddly enough my back pain was a little less with the Tonal workouts, but would quickly come back. I received a gift certificate from my daughter and Man oh man I am going on day two of incredible relief. My muscles had formed to protect my new hip replacement, and slipped disc. They cramped in place and any movement, even just getting out of bed hurt. I have not had this much relief in YEARS. Thank you Lara. I am a believer!

Wow, just wow!!! I got a deep tissue massage from Nate and cannot believe how much better I feel. I have hip bursitis, back pain, and tension on my neck and shoulders. I could barely walk in with the pain I was having. After my shoulders felt lighter and no crinkles or pops in them. Lower back is so much better, and as for my hips walking is much less painful and my range of motion has improved tremendously. I will be a regular customer for sure. Nate is amazing! I have been to 4 massages throughout my life, each for several years until I move or they move, one I had for 10 years, however, having someone who understands what you are asking for and appreciates being where he is why go anywhere else. Tori at Serenity South on 23rd gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, that’s not just in this town I’m talking even as far as Korea, it was better. She took her time on areas that she could tell was either tense or hurting me. She never rushed anything and would roll over (what I assume were knots) slow and methodically. Now earlier I said it was “one of the best massages” I’ve had, but, it she gave me the absolute best hand massages I’ve ever had. It’s one of those things you never think about being tense but she made my hands feel like jello after. 10/10.

So Relaxing & Just What I Needed
This was my first time here. Lanora took really good care of me. I recently had surgery and she made sure to help me get comfortable & relaxed. She worked out all of the built up tension I had in my muscles. This is just what I needed. Her hands literally felt like silk. So soft but she was strong! I'll def be coming back!
